P3 partners with public agencies, engineering and planning firms to provide community outreach and engagement services for a wide variety of projects including: affordable housing development, corridor and feasibility studies and improvements, environmental assessments/impact statements, major investment studies, neighborhood/small area planning, transit planning, and transportation planning and project development.

P3 partnered with NCDOT, the City of Asheville, and the Burton Street Community Association (BSCA) to develop a community-driven neighborhood and mitigation strategies plan for the Burton Street community. P3 planned and implemented all public involvement, including small group and public information meetings, electronic survey, and plan composition. The Burton Street Neighborhood Plan was adopted by the Asheville City Council on October 23, 2018 as an official City of Asheville Neighborhood Plan.
