Celeste Circle Lift Station Updates

The City of Durham chose Public Participation Partners to lead the public involvement planning and implementation for the Celeste Lift Station Updates project. This project aims to address short-term structural improvements and long-term capacity upgrades to the Celeste Lift Station to accommodate future growth in the area. P3 will develop an equitable public involvement plan and conduct all public involvement activities, including developing meeting notification and materials, composing project website content, organizing and facilitating public meetings, translating printed and online materials, and providing Spanish language interpretation for outreach activities.
