Avent Ferry Road Realignment

Public Participation Partners is leading the public involvement planning and implementation for the Avent Ferry Road Realignment project in Holly Springs, NC. The project proposes creating a new cross-town connection from Avent Ferry Road to Bass Lake Road via Stinson Avenue. P3 will conduct a community impacts assessment and environmental justice analysis of the project study area. Outreach for the project includes a small stakeholder meeting, three public meetings, and web-based surveys. P3 will develop meeting notifications and materials, organize and facilitate public information meetings, translate printed and online materials, and provide Spanish language and interpretation services as requested.
